Hello!

Hello! My name is Kasey Erickson. I’m a mental health therapist (LAMFT) in the Twin Cities area as well as a part-time psychology instructor at a local university.

Whether it’s in the therapy office, classroom, or a retreat in nature, it’s an honor to come alongside people as they journey toward healing, integration, and growth.

Outside of my work, you can find me spending time with my family (including two young kiddos who keep me on the move), drinking a delicious beverage at a coffee shop or brewery, gardening, cooking, and reading obnoxious amounts of books.

ENDORSEMENTS:

"Kasey has the rare gift of providing sound, intelligent advice while never straying from the feeling one is speaking with a friend.

She is good humored, down to earth, and kind. Her ability to empathize and help her clients find positive paths forward is unparalleled.

I always enjoy my sessions with Kasey because although she doesn't avoid tough questions, she allows me to lead the conversation where I need to go, leaving me with a sense of renewed energy moving forward with my week.”

- Previous Client

“Kasey is the therapist for you if you are looking for someone gentle and patient to walk with you through the twists and turns of life at a bit of a slower pace. For the deep thinkers and the wonderers, Kasey is who you want to see.”
