    A class designed to look at the importance of rest, slowness, and simplicity amid a hectic, busy culture. The course views the concepts from a theological, social, and psychological perspective.

    Teen years are filled with so much joy, exploration, and challenge. This course is designed for caretakers and loved ones who are looking for additional support in how to best support the teens in their lives.

  • Technology and the Family

    How do we cultivate a healthy relationship with technology, and how do we create a mindful culture for tech use within the family? This class brings together current research, personal reflection, and practical ideas for how to use technology as a gift without becoming burdened to it.

    An exploration of trauma through the lens of psychology, neuroscience, theology, and the Bible.
